Tropical / Zoo – Sweet Pea and Ivy

Rachel Clarke

Amy and the team did all the flowers and decorations for my wedding. It all looked absolutely stunning and exactly how I wanted! From the first point of contact they were helpful and friendly, the meeting was very reassuring and I felt in good hands and excited! I am a very indecisive person and they made the process feel easier and helped with their expert advice. They even put some of my own decorations up that I had made including a 15ft rainbow garland on the ceiling! Amy was there at the crack of dawn dropping my flowers off at the hotel and there at the end of the night taking everything down. Amy and the team work so hard and I couldn't recommend them more, they went above and beyond for us! Thank you guys so much 🩷

We were put in touch with Amy via our planner, Beth, and we’re so grateful to have made this connection. We also worked with Amy on a styled shoot which we filmed and Amy styled - so knew each other prior to planning our wedding. Our celebrations were outdoors/marquees and DIY based. We needed help with finessing the handmade/second hand decor we already had, and also with a particular area - our dance tent. We wanted this to feel like a totally different area to our main marquee and we knew Amy would be able to pull this off for us :) We had a few pieces of our own decor to use (including voile, taffeta and disco balls) around the tents. Amy incorporated these items into her styling - which was lovely for us to see our own decorations used! - but she mainly sourced all the items to help bring our vision to life, really giving the tent the wow factor. Us and our guests absolutely loved it. Thank you, Amy. Finn & Evie x

Wow, where do I start! We cannot recommend Sweetpea and Ivy highly enough! From the very beginning, Amy was absolutely brilliant. She really listened to everything I wanted, offered many helpful ideas and suggestions and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process with her relaxed and friendly approach. Nothing was ever too much trouble! The team dressed our venue, The Little Fox, and brought my vision to life more beautifully than I could ever have imagined. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the attention to detail was outstanding. They also created all of our florals, which were absolutely perfect and exceeded every expectation. Communication was brilliant throughout from both Amy and Tamar and it was clear that the whole team are true professionals who genuinely care about creating something special. Despite their incredible standards, they remained approachable, warm and easy to work with. I would recommend Sweetpea and Ivy without hesitation. Thank you for making our wedding day so incredibly special! Love, Nichola & Rob xx

My wife and I contacted Sweetpea & Ivy for our wedding in August, and we’re so grateful we did. They have such a huge range of props and décor pieces that we were completely spoilt for choice. Their warehouse is absolutely massive, we could have spent all day looking around! We eventually chose a mixture of different height trees for our centrepieces and to line the aisle. The team created beautiful fresh florals around the bases, and we also picked matching napkins, charger plates and chair dressings to complete the look. Kate and I were absolutely delighted with everything. The venue looked incredible, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful it all was. The whole team were friendly, helpful and made the planning process so easy from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment with the Sweetpea & Ivy team, you won’t regret it. Thank you again from me and Kate!

I cannot speak more highly of Sweetpea and Ivy for wedding venue dressing and floristry. Firstly and foremostly my wedding bouquet was the one of my dreams, and exceeded anything I imagined. I'm not very creative and struggled to fully explain what I wanted but Amy & Tamar knew exactly the right questions to ask and gave me flowers that were incredibly beautiful. They did mine and the bridal parties bouquets, the buttonhole flowers for groom and father of the bride and set up the venue including floristry for the venue, setting up the cards & pudding table, decorating each guest table and doing welcome boards and table seating plans. Their communication was incredible, and they were so flexible and very kind when my first venue went insolvent and my wedding date had to be moved. Everything with set up and close down at the venue went without a hitch, and the venue looked incredible. I really couldn't recommend more.

I honestly cannot recommend Sweetpea & Ivy enough! We really appreciated the team taking on our booking last minute; they truly made our day fantastic. The SwP & I team had more or less finished styling the venue before we had even arrived the day before - very impressed! They were calm, professional and really friendly. We had so many compliments all day from guests about the colour scheme and design. An extra special thank you for incorporating some of our Hindu / Indian requests, we were blown away by the floral garlands & archway in particular. With big thanks, Jen & Mads

I recently asked Amy to join me on a styled shoot in Cheshire and my god I'm glad I did! Amy brought the vision to life and made it look even better in real life. We opted for vintage china tableware which complimented with the elegant charger plates. Her knowledge of textures and colour schemes meant that our table scape came together beautifully and I couldn't be more grateful for her contribution. The photos just go to show how beautiful the final product was! I highly recommend Amy and her team.

I recently met Amy @ Sweetpea & Ivy, at a wedding photoshoot we both contributed to, and Amy did the styling for. I just wanted to drop her a note to say, from a suppliers perspective, Amy was a dream to work with. She was so lovely and worked hard to make sure everything looked gorgeous on the day. She selected and arranged the loveliest vases and candle sticks to compliment the photoshoots mood. I would thoroughly recommend her services.
