We offer completely personalised and tailor-made designs for our clients, from initial mood boards right through to completion.
We believe your wedding should represent you as a couple. That it should encapsulate your character and personality and be a unique, fun and unforgettable occasion for everyone invited to share it with you. We love to work closely with our clients through every step of the creative process, until we realise a look and feel that epitomizes you both. This might include elements of your hobbies and passions, the places you’ve travelled or lived, the music, films or books you both love; anything that you feel defines you as a couple and as individuals can be inspiration for the wedding of your dreams. It’s your day, so it’s your choice!
Our bespoke wedding services start from £1500 and include full creative support and design, planning and bespoke design services throughout your preparation, right up to installation on the day.
An initial one hour meeting is arranged, where we discuss your ideas, go through all your Pinterest boards or wedding planning books, and pull together ideas on how your wedding is going to look. We will show you our range of centrepieces, products and props, and summarize your tastes and preferences for floral design.
We put together a design plan for the day of your wedding, including all of your ideas for the various areas that will be decorated, such as aisle and ceremony, welcome display, guest table décor, chair décor, gift table, cake table, hanging décor, top table, and any other feature décor you’ve requested. We will also include any important images you have provided us that help visualize the feel and mood we will be creating for you.
When we send you your quote, everything will be itemised, so you can see exactly where your money is going. This will help you tailor your quote to fit your budget and prioritize the areas of décor you feel are most important.
Once you are happy with your quote and it is tailored to your needs, we ask for a 25% booking fee. This secures your date and all of the hire items you requested. Amendments can be made upon payment of the balance, if guest or table numbers change slightly. Similarly, if you would like to add to your order, this is completely fine as well. We require final payment four weeks prior to your wedding. Once this has been received, we will make arrangements with you and your venue for setup and collection.
We will liaise with your venue and, if needed, will arrange a site visit before the wedding. We will schedule a plan for installation and collection of your wedding décor so that you don’t need to worry about any of the logistics. All décor will be installed and removed in accordance with the venue’s setup times.
We arrange a time with your venue to dismantle and collect all décor items, meaning you will have nothing to worry about on the day after your wedding. Any florals and candles will be left at the venue to be collected by yourselves; lots of our couples like to decorate their homes afterwards, or give them to wedding guests.
