For this event, we were commissioned to deliver event decor at ACC Liverpool for a 67-table awards ceremony, welcoming over 600 guests for the Apprenticeship and Training Awards.

The Design Approach: Layered Event Decor for an Awards Setting
To create depth and variation across the 67 tables, we introduced three complementary centrepiece designs, all unified through a rich palette of red, purple and gold.
Design One: Gold Candelabra Centrepieces
Tall gold candelabras were paired with abundant red, purple and gold florals, creating height, elegance and strong visual impact across the room.
These designs helped to draw the eye upward, adding scale and presence within the expansive venue.
Design Two: Gold Wireless Lamps with Floral Wreaths
For a softer, more contemporary feel, gold wireless lamps were styled with coordinating floral wreaths.
This design introduced warmth and intimacy at table level, while maintaining consistency in colour and materiality.
Design Three: Illuminated Plinth Centrepieces
Illuminated plinths were styled with gold candlestick holders and clustered florals, adding a modern, architectural element to the space.
These pieces introduced variation in height and structure, while the lighting element added depth and atmosphere throughout the room.
By combining these three designs, we achieved: Vvsual rhythm across all 67 tables, a balance of height, light and texture and a cohesive scheme that avoided repetition.
