Our Corporate Event Styling Process
1. Initial Consultation
Everything begins with a detailed briefing call or meeting. Together, we explore your brief, brand guidelines, guest numbers, venue and budget. No commitment is required at this stage.
2. Concept Development
Following the briefing, a bespoke corporate event design concept is developed — including mood boards, decor selections and a full itemised quote for your approval.
3. Production & Sourcing
Once approved, our team begins creating, sourcing and preparing all elements, from custom centrepieces and branded signage through to large-scale installations.
4. Setup, Event & Breakdown
On the day, our team arrives early to set up, remains on-call throughout, and manages the full breakdown afterwards — leaving the venue exactly as found.
