Rustic Marquee Wedding
Marianne came to see us as she wanted help bringing together the very specific vision she had for her wedding. She had collected many items herself, including wooden crates, sweet jars, wagon wheels and signs and had selected a few of our rustic items to add to her props, including milk churns, ladders, log slices and cake pop trays, to name a few . On the day we styled her marquee into the rustic wonderland she had envisioned. The log slices and hessian table squares really finished off the centre pieces, the milk churns marked the entrance way and the bright sunflowers added just the right pop of yellow. Her welcome drinks were served in jam jars and mini milk bottles with striped paper straws.
The sweet tables were dressed with hessian squares and log slices, as was the cake table, which included a gorgeous naked cake displayed on our 22” log cake base. Marianne wanted the children to have their own specific sweet/activity table, and had provided lots of items to help achieve this. We placed large, brightly coloured windmills in the tree behind their table and this colour was then echoed in large and colourful swirly lolly pops, sticking out of our moss cake pop tray.
